Short version. Not what you expected? Email support@vegoutmag.com within fourteen days of purchase and we'll refund the $19 in full. No questions asked.

If the report doesn't land for you — for any reason — request a refund within fourteen days of purchase. Email support@vegoutmag.com from the address you used to buy and we'll process the refund the same business day.
You don't need to explain yourself. We'd rather refund a buyer who didn't connect with the report than have them stuck with something that didn't work for them.
Refunds return to the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear in your account within five to ten business days, depending on your bank.
the free preview
The assessment and the opening preview are free. There's nothing to refund there.
chargebacks
Please email us before disputing a charge with your bank. A chargeback costs us a fee even when we agree with you, and we can refund you faster directly. We will always honour a refund request that falls within this policy.
